coordinating shop drawings, progressed through various management phases, currently
responsible for Project Management on certain projects and all Purchasing. |

Activities break down into three phases: |

Bidding - Responsible for securing all
subcontractor and material supplier quotes, analyzing them for completeness of scope and
ability to perform. |
|
Contract Award - Accountable for
purchasing, writing contracts and purchase orders, preparation of trade payment
breakdowns, scheduling and preparation of Cost Accounting codes. |
|
Construction - Perform duties such as
preparation of coordinated layout drawings, shop drawings submittal scheduling and review,
monthly invoicing, jobsite inspection and meetings, liaison with Owner, Design
Professionals and Subcontractors. Supervise preparation of As-built drawings and
coordinate project close-out. |
